By submitting a funding application, you expressly authorize Pakked Enterprises LLC to obtain consumer and/or commercial credit reports from one or more credit reporting agencies for the purpose of evaluating your application. This authorization remains valid for 90 days from the date of submission.
If your application is approved, the specific terms of any funding — including funding amount, factor rate or interest rate, repayment schedule, fees, and any applicable conditions — will be set forth in a separate written agreement that you must execute before receiving funds. No funding is provided without a signed agreement.
By opting in to SMS communications from Pakked Enterprises LLC, you consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS text messages from us, including offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Message frequency: Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
